‘Breaking Dawn’ Wedding Gown: Is this the dress Bella will wear?

Twilight Saga human-vampire heroine Bella Swan (aka. Kristen Stewart) gets married in Breaking Dawn. And the whole world (well, the Twilight world of fans) wants to know what her wedding gown will look like.

Kristen has offered her ideas about what Bella would pick and why. “I feel like Bella would want something classic and simple too, but beautiful and feminine.” She thinks Bella would want to wear traditional white or cream.

“She doesn’t want to get married but because it means so much to Edward and he has such different sensibilities and different values, I think because she’s gonna go ahead and go through with it, she’s gonna give him everything like a beautiful monumental wedding because he wants it so badly.”

But she also admitted that Stephanie Meyer probably has ‘really specific ideas’ about the gown. Given that, does Meyer’s new book, The Twilight Saga: The Official Illustrated Guide, give fans a sneak peek at what the gown may look like?

Who’s dressing Kristen Stewart, Katy Perry, Kim Kardashian?

Designer Ina Soltani‘s first runway show was the fabulous finale for the 2011 Style Fashion Week LA.  Her colorful luxe collection was shown at the renovated cathedral space, Vibiana.  On the runway: A lively and colorful mix of red carpet-worthy gowns and flirty short cocktail dresses in shimmering silks, satin, chiffon and washed leathers.

Soltani’s sexy show-stopping dresses have been worn by Hollywood’s hottest celebs including “Twilight” star Kristen Stewart, Emily Blunt, Kim Kardashian, Eva Longoria, Kristin Cavalleri, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Lopez, and Carrie Underwood. Stylist Jonas Halbert was already eyeing Soltani’s runway outfits for a fashion shoot with Cameron Diaz this week.

“I love Ina Soltani as designer for red carpet, celebrities, and shoots,” Halbert said. “It’s all about color combinations, special fabrics and even cool leather pieces. I’m always looking for something special and Ina’s washed leathers are amazing.”

The Dish Rag’s Tom Julian (official style seer for Oscar.com) chatted with Ina after the show about her collection, her inspiration, fans and expansion plans.

Kristen Stewart’s Amazing 2011 Evolution of Style

Designers are fighting for the fresh fashion faces in the Oscar race this year. Among them, Jennifer Lawrence (“Winter’s Bone”), Noomi Rapace (“The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”), Rebecca Hall (“The Town”),  12-year-old Elle Fanning (“Somewhere”) and Mila Kunis (“Black Swan”). But “Twilight” star Kristen Stewart, who earned early kudos for her role as a teenage prostitute in “Welcome to the Rileys,” is fast becoming the most powerful fashion force on the carpets, thanks to her stylist Tara Swennen.

Plaid shirt n’ jeans Stewart’s grunge image has totally evolved since she hooked up with stylist Swennen, who dressed her this year in high fashion from Roland Mouret,  Herve Leger by Max Azria, Prabal Gurung, Burberry Prorsum, Valentino, Jenny Kayne, Marchesa , Zac Posen, Elie Saab, Balenciaga, Dolce & Gabbana, Oscar de la Renta, even Monique Lhuillier.

Kristen seems to have found her trademark look and, at least for now, it’s all about the bare expanse of legs. Her skirts just keep getting shorter and shorter and the heels higher and higher. It was quite a moment when Kristen traded in her trademark Keds for Christian Louboutins. Many fashion observers and fans felt that Kristen was the best dressed babe at this week’s People’s Choice Awards in her super-short, shiny Reem Acra dress and Jimmy Choo peep-toes.

Now if only Tara could get her to work on her posture….

“Tara is great for Kristen because she’s young too and she’s not owned by the big fashion companies like some stylists are,” a fashion blogger for a major style site spills.

It may be only a matter of time before Kirsten becomes a brand ambassador for an edgy designer with very deep pockets.But we’re betting she’s gonna play the field for a while. Now that she’s got the hang of this fashion red carpet thing, she seems to be enjoying it.
